We serve our local citizens by providing quality, local livestock processing at reasonable prices. We strive to provide our customers exactly what they want with package size, steak thicknesses and more. Also, your meat is wrapped in traditional butcher paper with a separate plastic lining OR vacuum-packaging.

Beef Processing

  • $60 Kill and Disposal Fee
  • $0.75/lb Processing on the Hanging Weight (Butcher Wrap)
  • $0.90/lb Processing on the Hanging Weight (Vacuum-Packaging)
  • $0.08/lb All Boneless
  • $6 per Round for Tenderizing
  • $5 per Day for Aging Time Beyond 7 Days

Pork Processing

  • $60 Kill and Disposal Fee
  • $0.57/lb Processing on the Hanging Weight
  • $0.62/lb Processing on the Hanging Weight (Vacuum-Packaging)
  • $0.50/lb for Curing
  • $2.50 per Ham or Bacon for Smoking
  • $0.75 per Jowl for Smoking
  • $6 flat fee for Slicing Bacon

Lamb and Goat

  • $70 Flat Fee (Butcher Wrap)
  • $75 Flat Fee (Vacuum-Packaged)

Sausage Making (10 lb minimum order per variety)

  • $0.50/lb Mild, Medium, or Hot Breakfast Sausage
  • $2.00/lb Smoked Sausage / Polish Kielbasa (cooked weight)
  • $3.00/lb Jalapeno-Cheddar Smoked Sausage (cooked weight)
  • $2.00/lb Summer Sausage (cooked weight)
  • $3.00/lb Jalapeno-Cheddar Summer Sausage (cooked weight)
