Bluebonnet Meat Company was founded on a simple belief: families deserve quality meat from people they know and trust.
That’s why we carefully source the products we carry, process every custom animal individually, and take pride in educating customers about where their food comes from.
From premium steaks and Bell & Evans chicken to freezer meals, seasonings, and custom processing, everything we do is centered around quality, transparency, and service.

Our Story
Bluebonnet Meat Company was born from a simple question during the uncertainty of 2020:
How can we give families a better way to buy beef they can trust?
A group of family and friends came together with a shared vision of providing high-quality beef, honest processing, and complete transparency from start to finish. What began as a state-inspected processing facility in Trenton, Texas, quickly grew into something much bigger than we ever imagined.
As more families discovered the value of knowing where their food comes from, so did the demand for a retail experience built on the same principles. That vision led to the opening of our second location in Granbury, where many of our partners call home.
Today, both locations remain family-owned and operated, offering the same commitment to premium meats, custom processing, and friendly service. Whether you visit us in Trenton or Granbury, you’ll find the same quality, the same values, and the same people who are passionate about helping families put better food on their tables.

State inspected or custom processing, every animal is processed individually, with full traceability, giving customers confidence in their processing order at our Trenton processing facility.
