This is place is great. You have to control yourself or you will want to try everything, especially if it your first time. That was my case. Great selection, even better customer service.
They processed a few deer for me and it turned out really really good. They tenderize the steaks and can mix in pork or make sausages. I got jalapeño cheddar and it is really so good! They also sell fresh and frozen meat as well as seasonings and what not.
Bluebonnet has the best selections of Beef, Elk, Buffalo, Lamb, Pork, Chicken and Salmon of any supplier in the area. Their meats are fresh and clean from additives. That's what drew me to them. I like to know what's in my families food. But, what makes them extraordinary is their customer service.
We have been using Bluebonnet for several years for deer and cattle processing. We have always had an excellent experience. Customer service has been top notch and they always walk thru the order firm with us. They also have a great selection of meat in stock. Every time we drop an animal off, we end up leaving with stuff from their freezer. I feel like a kid in a candy store there. Love it!
We had many of our lambs processed at Bluebonnet and our customers were always very happy with the results.
Their retail store is very nice with a wide selection of items. Their ribeyes are absolutely fantastic! You will find yourself not ordering steaks at restaurants since you’re always disappointed - never as good as the ones from Bluebonnet on your own grill!
Their house made sausages and bacon are awesome, too! Stop by, you won’t be disappointed!!!

This place is my favorite place to get my venison processed! The folks there are friendly and have always been a pleasure to work with. I’ve had axis, red stag, and whitetail all done there and always feel I get back a great product and everything I dropped off.⦁ Great selection

Excellent selection of unique sausages and their various steaks and other meats are great as well. I got my very first wagyu steak here and it was AWESOME.

Regarding your Order
Please pick up your order within 15 days of it being finished to avoid a $1/box/day storage fee. All orders MUST be picked up in their entirety.
Orders left more than 35 days after completion will be considered forfeited and surrendered back to Bluebonnet Meat Company.
All orders requesting to be split into Quarters will be assessed a $10 per Quarter fee.
“Harvest & Hold” orders are $75 for beef and $60 for pork, with a 48 hour hang time included. Orders will be assessed an additional $5 per day fee if not picked up after the initial 48 hours.
