Our Texas State Inspection will allow us to turn your secret family sausage recipe into a reality for your restaurant or wholesale business. In order for us to use your sausage recipe, all ingredients for your recipe must be ordered by Bluebonnet through approved suppliers for sausage making. We diligently work with our customers to make their sausage “just so” in preparation of bringing to market or to take the labor of sausage making off your busy hands. We are currently able to manufacture fresh sausages for resale and are working with the State of Texas Inspectors to produce smoked, ready to eat, and jerky products in the future.
