Deposits paid for appointments are non-refundable, however, if you cancel your appointment at least 2 weeks ahead of your appointment date, the Deposit will be refunded.  If you reschedule at least 2 weeks ahead of your appointment date, we will do our best to move your appointment to a date that better suits your needs, however we cannot guarantee any sort of timeliness regarding the new date.  If you do not notify us at least 2 weeks before your appointment time that you do not plan to utilize your appointment time, we will consider the deposit forfeited.
