Please be sure to select the appropriate species (beef, pork or sheep/goat) and if you want custom or inspected processing. Remember, you only need inspected processing if you are planning on selling individual pieces of meat. If your livestock has been pre-sold by the half or the quarter, please choose custom processing – inspection is not necessary.
